Amounts Returned to Buyers at Closing

Where BRN Partners LLC represents a buyer, BRN may return up to 1.5% of the purchase price to eligible buyers at closing, subject to applicable law, lender requirements, transaction terms, available brokerage compensation, and the applicable written agreement.

The actual amount returned to a buyer, if any, may be less than 1.5% and will depend on several factors, including the total compensation available to BRN Partners in the transaction. For example, if the total buyer-side compensation available to BRN Partners is less than 3% of the purchase price, the amount returned to the buyer may be reduced accordingly.

The amount returned may also depend on the purchase price, sponsor requirements, seller or listing broker terms, co-op or condominium requirements, lender requirements, closing mechanics, referral arrangements, applicable laws and regulations, and the terms of any written agreement between the buyer and BRN Partners.

Any amount returned to a buyer is not guaranteed unless expressly set forth in a written agreement. BRN Partners does not provide legal, tax, mortgage, accounting, or financial advice regarding the treatment or effect of any amount returned at closing.

Any market commentary, neighborhood discussion, property-related information, pricing observation, availability reference, or similar content on this website or in BRN communications is provided for general informational purposes only.
