THE BRN REBATE

 

Our goal is to make sure you get the best home at the best price. That's why BRN offers New York's largest commission rebate -- up to 2% of your new home’s purchase price.

Buying for $1 million or more? BRN keeps 1% of the purchase price and you keep the rest of our commission. That means your cash back BRN Rebate will almost always be 1.5% or 2% of your new home’s purchase price.

Buying for less than $1 million? If your home's sale price is less than $1 million, BRN keeps $10,000 and you keep the rest of our commission.

Here's how it works:

  • When a broker represents a buyer in the purchase of a home, the seller pays that broker a commission between 2.5% and 3% of the home's purchase price. For a $1.5 million apartment, the buyer's broker is paid a commission between $37,500 and $45,000!

  • Because we work more efficiently than our competitors, we're able to rebate most of our commission back to you.

  • For home with a sale price of $1,000,000 or more, BRN keeps 1% of the purchase price and you keep the rest of our commission. That means your cash back BRN Rebate will almost always be 1.5% or 2% of your new home’s purchase price.

  • If your home's sale price is less than $1,000,000, BRN keeps $10,000 and you keep the rest of our commission.

  • We'll always let you know the commission rate so that you have full transparency into how much cash back you'll receive at closing.
